Eligibility:

• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the tennis academy organising the prize draw are not eligible to participate.

Entry Requirements:

• No purchase is necessary to enter or win the prize draw.

• Participants must provide accurate and complete information during the entry process.

• Only one entry per person is allowed.

Prize:

• The prize consists of 8 weeks of multiactivity camp attendance for one child over the course of 12-month period.

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

Winner Selection:

• The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period (Closes 23rd July)

• The winner will be notified by email or phone within a reasonable period after the draw date.

• If the winner does not respond within a specified time period or is found to be ineligible, another winner may be selected.

Publicity:

• By participating in the prize draw, the winner agrees to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes related to the prize draw or the tennis academy.

• The winner may be asked to participate in interviews or provide testimonials regarding their experience with the tennis academy.

Liability:

• Northampton Tennis Coaching does not assume responsibility for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, technical malfunctions, or unauthorised access to entry submissions.

Privacy:

• Any personal information provided by participants will be used for the purpose of conducting the prize draw and contacting the winner. We may also occasionally send you details of relevant offers or events that may be of interest.

Modification or Termination:

• Northampton Tennis Coaching reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the prize draw at any time, for any reason.

• In the event of a dispute regarding the interpretation of these terms and conditions, the decision of Northampton Tennis Coaching  shall be final and binding.

By participating in the prize draw, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
